Cooking Process

  • Prepare 200g of your raw ingredient. Preferable any meat and seafood and cut into bite size. And also 50g long beans , 100g eggplant , 5g chilies and 5g basil leaves

准备200克新鲜材料,建议使用各式肉类或海鲜切成易入口小塊。搭配50克長豆 100克茄子(切塊)5克辣椒 5克九層塔。

 

  • Heat up the wok, pour 150ml water, 225ml coconut milk, HALF pack of Thai Syok Plus Green Curry Paste and all others raw material to boil.

開鍋后將150毫升的水,225毫升的椰漿,一半的青咖喱醬 和所有的新鮮食材加入鍋内燒開。

 

  • Let it boil for 3 minute (until all meat is cooked), and its ready to serve!

燒開后讓其滾3 分鐘(至肉全熟)即可出鍋
